American Council of Hypnotist Examiners was created as a non-profit professional organization engaging in self-regulation of all who utilized hypnosis/hypnotherapy as an integral part of a professional practice. The primary focus was on formal and appropriate education and training followed by a comprehensive written examination and a practical demonstration of hypnosis skills before a Board of Examiners. The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association is a referral Service dedicated to providing the community with excellently trained Certified Hypnotherapists. National Guild of Hypnotists encouraged an eclectic exchange of ideas, fellowship, mutual trust and cooperation among practitioners while promoting and protecting the art, science and philosophy of hypnotism. Colorado School of Counseling Hypnotherapy programs train individuals for careers that support evolution and excellence. We have had certifying programs for Hypnotherapists for seven years. In 2008 we have first certified Hypnotic-Coaching TM program in the country.
